Elvie has been in the real estate business for almost 20 years and very knowledgeable about Jersey City, having listed and sold property in every area of New Jersey’s second-largest urban area, including downtown (Newport, Exchange Place, Hamilton Park, Van Vorst, Paulus Hook, etc.), West Bergen, the Heights, Journal Square, and Greenville. She is a consistent top producer, having received the Million Dollar Sales Club award several times.

At one time or another, Elvie has been affiliated with the local offices of big-name agencies including Century 21, Coldwell Banker, and ERA. Eight years before opening her own agency, Elvie was the broker/manager for Villegas Realty.

As a result of her experience, Elvie has accumulated and maintains a long list of referrals for lawyers, mortgage brokers and bankers, appraisers, home inspectors, building contractors, plumbers, electricians and others to service her clients’ needs.

                At the start of 2006 when ELCAN Realty opened for business, Elvie had one part-time agent. Now there are four full-time and seven part-time agents, and a full-time secretary.

                The office is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., weekends by appointment.
